Omega Property Investments LLC is a commercial real estate investment firm founded in 2025 by Charles L. White, a retired U.S. Navy Nurse Corps Lieutenant Commander. We're based in Gates, North Carolina, and we invest in income-producing real estate across the United States. Our offerings are available to verified accredited investors.

A Founder-Led Firm
Omega is founder-led. Charles White personally reviews every opportunity we present. We use modern tools, including AI-assisted first-pass underwriting and a reference library of transcribed sponsor and market calls, so that a small firm can do thorough work. Every number still gets checked by a person before it reaches an investor.
We also work with outside professionals: securities counsel, a fund-administration platform, and accountants.

Our Companies
Omega Property Investments LLC
North Carolina limited liability company, formed March 31, 2025, based in Gates, NC. The parent firm.
Omega Property Fund LLC
Wyoming limited liability company and the issuer of our Rule 506(c) real estate fund. Its Form D was filed with the SEC in May 2026.
Omega Property Manager LLC
Wyoming limited liability company that manages Omega Property Fund LLC. It is owned by Omega Property Investments LLC.
Omega Land Corporate LLC ("Omega Land Corp")
North Carolina limited liability company that acquires land, primarily in North Carolina.
Omega Property Investments LLC is not affiliated with other companies that use the name "Omega," including property-management or real estate companies in other states.
Meet Charles White
Charles enlisted in the U.S. Navy at 17 as an electronics technician and retired more than 33 years later as a Nurse Corps Lieutenant Commander, after a career in emergency and trauma nursing that included combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He then served veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs before founding Omega Property Investments.
