Investment Goal Calculator
Name your goal, how much it costs and when you need it. Add a starting amount and what you can invest monthly. We'll compare three hypothetical scenarios, show if and when each reaches your goal, and tell you what would close any gap: more each month, more today, or more time.
Reading your results
- "Yearly return your plan needs" is the single rate that gets you there on time.
- Higher required rates mean taking more risk. A plan that needs a high return is usually better fixed with more time or larger contributions than with more risk.
About the real estate scenario
Private real estate offerings, including Omega's, are Rule 506(c) offerings open only to accredited investors whose status is verified before investing. They usually have minimum investments, are illiquid for years, and can lose money. If you're not an accredited investor, publicly traded options exist; talk with a licensed advisor about what fits you.
